License tiers

What you may do

• Customize branding, copy, layouts, media and code.
• Use the result for commercial websites and client projects within the purchased tier.
• Deploy the finished site to normal hosting/custom domains.
• Give a client the customized files required to operate that specific finished site.

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, share or give away the original or substantially unmodified TENFOLD source.
• Upload TENFOLD source to a template marketplace, public repository or file-sharing service.
• Create a competing template library/theme pack/template generator from TENFOLD source.
• Share a Single/Collection license between unrelated companies or people.
• Give clients unused templates from a Collection/Vault or the original customer archive.

Client handoff

You may hand a client the customized code needed for the one end product you created for them. That client does not receive a reusable template license and cannot redistribute or reuse the underlying TENFOLD template for another unrelated project.

Third-party materials

Third-party photos, fonts, logos, trademarks, frameworks, APIs and other third-party materials are not licensed by TENFOLD unless the product documentation expressly says otherwise. Demo/preview media may be illustrative. Replace or independently verify third-party usage rights before publishing a commercial end product.

Source, integrations & support

The finished HTML/CSS/JavaScript preview is the canonical visual product. Framework/source depth differs by collection and is disclosed in the product files. Production email, CRM, booking, payment, CMS, authentication, database, API and hosting services are not included unless expressly stated.

Purchase does not include unlimited custom development, redesign, content entry, hosting administration or third-party integration work. No promise of lifetime feature upgrades is made unless expressly stated. Mandatory statutory rights concerning conformity, defects and necessary updates remain unaffected.

Consumers, withdrawal & refunds

Where a consumer has a statutory cooling-off/withdrawal right for online digital content, immediate access before that period expires only begins after the required express consent/request for immediate digital delivery and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right where applicable, together with the legally required confirmation.

If those requirements are not validly satisfied, statutory withdrawal rights remain available according to applicable law. Statutory remedies also remain available if digital content is not supplied, is defective, materially differs from its description/preview, or is otherwise not in conformity with the contract.

For business purchasers and other cases where no mandatory withdrawal right applies, refunds for correctly supplied downloadable products are discretionary except where the Merchant of Record, these terms or applicable law require otherwise.

Merchant of Record

Payment, tax collection, receipts, chargebacks and purchase-level refunds may be handled by the Merchant of Record shown at checkout. The TENFOLD source-use license is granted under these terms after a valid purchase.

IP, termination & governing law

TENFOLD retains ownership of the original template designs/source, excluding third-party materials. A license may be terminated for material breach. These terms are governed by Polish law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that cannot be waived under the law applicable to them.

Version & contact

The version applying to a purchase is the version identified in the package/purchase flow at the time of purchase. Later edits do not retroactively reduce paid rights unless required by law or agreed with the licensee.
