This notice describes the current TENFOLD storefront before optional analytics or additional integrations are added.
Storefront
The current TENFOLD storefront does not intentionally require an account to browse previews. If analytics, advertising pixels or additional cookies are added later, this notice and any required consent mechanism must be updated before those tools are enabled.
Checkout
Purchases are processed by the Merchant of Record/payment provider shown at checkout. That provider processes payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention and order information under its own privacy terms. TENFOLD may receive order/customer information reasonably necessary to provide files, license support, fraud prevention, customer service and legal/accounting records.
If you contact OUTLINE/TENFOLD by email, the information you send is used to respond, provide support and keep records where reasonably necessary.
Legal basis & retention
Where GDPR/EEA rules apply, purchase/support data may be processed to perform the contract, comply with legal obligations and pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, support and record keeping. Data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable legal/accounting requirements.
Third-party links and demo media
TENFOLD previews may load third-party resources or link to third-party services. Those providers may process technical information under their own policies. Customer projects should replace or independently validate third-party resources before production use.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, subject to legal exceptions. Contact outlinevisualdesign@gmail.com for privacy requests relating to data controlled by TENFOLD/OUTLINE. Requests about payment-provider data may need to be directed to the provider shown at checkout.
